My netbook came with a 3-cell battery that now only lasts a little over an hour. This has been a pain to deal with. This 6-cell battery is such a huge improvement for an extremely cheap price. I now get 5-8 hours of battery life.

I bought this replacement battery for my Asus 1005HA PU1X, hoping to get a battery that would do what I bought my notebook to do, that is last 10.5 hours without having to recharge. It only holds a 8 to 8.5 hours charge, which is fine, but kind of defeats the purpose of choosing to purchase that particular Asus model.
The product description of the battery says it holds 8 to 10 hours charge depending on the model, so there's no deception, however, since I have the PU1X, I don't think I assumed too much to hope the battery would be closer to 10 hours. Apart from buying overseas or direct from Asus, this is the only supplier I could find that sold a battery to fit my notebook, so it'll do for now.
