The wire casing slides away from the wall plug and the power pack plug, exposing wires. I'm not a cord yanker and really don't plug & unplug more than usual with a laptop. The company was good enough to replace it but the replacement did the same thing. The company then told me to just return it for a refund. Will do when I find yet another replacement.
